These terms describe the current early-access version of Vectrome in plain language. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and responsibly.
An evolving service
Vectrome is changing as it is built. Features may be added, changed, interrupted, removed, or discontinued. The service is provided as is and as available, to the extent permitted by law.
Your account and use
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter or import and for maintaining access to your account. Use Vectrome lawfully. Do not abuse, disrupt, probe, attack, or misuse the service or another person’s access.
Health and estimates
Vectrome provides nutrition, fitness, planning, and analytics tools. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Energy expenditure, trends, targets, projections, body-composition calculations, and other derived values are estimates and may be wrong. Use appropriate professional care when making medical decisions.
Data you provide
You are responsible for having the right to upload or import the information you provide. Vectrome may use that information as needed to operate the service. These terms do not claim ownership of your personal data.
Changes and availability
We may modify the product and these terms as the service evolves. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that a feature will remain available.
Warranties and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Vectrome makes no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, Vectrome is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, losses caused by interruptions or errors, or decisions made in reliance on estimates. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
